Orders are placed on the website by selecting a model and agreeing on the details of the custom-made garment.
After confirming the order, the customer makes a 100% prepayment.
The order is sent to production only after the full amount has been received.

3. Payment
Payment is made online by bank card through the WayForPay payment service.

4. Production time
The production time depends on the complexity of the model and the workload of the production facility.
On average, the production time is 7 to 21 days.
The exact terms are agreed upon individually with the customer.

5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by delivery services.
The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer in accordance with the carrier's rates.
