REFUND POLICY
1. General provisions
The store manufactures goods exclusively according to individual customer orders.
In accordance with Ukrainian law, goods of good quality manufactured according to individual orders are not subject to return or exchange.
2. Manufacturing defects
If a manufacturing defect is found, the customer has the right to contact the seller within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
After confirming the defect, the following options are available to resolve the situation:

If a refund is agreed upon, it will be made to the customer's bank card within 5–10 banking days from the date of the refund decision.

- remanufacturing of the product;
