What data do we collect • Name and surname of the buyer and recipient • Phone number • Delivery address • E-mail (if you have specified it) • Child's height and girth (only for size selection or individual tailoring) • Order information (model, size, color, amount) • Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser data

What do we use your data for? • Order processing, manufacturing and delivery • Contacting you (Viber, Telegram, phone, e-mail) • Consultation and selection of the ideal size • Individual tailoring to your wishes • Sending promotions and new products (only with your consent) • Keeping accounting and tax records (in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine)
  4. How long do we store data? • Order data and accounting documents - 3 years (requirement of tax legislation) • Contact details and correspondence - up to 3 years after the last order • You can request to delete your data at any time (except for those what is needed for accounting)

Who do we share your data with? • Delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) — only the name, phone number and address of the branch • Payment systems (LiqPay, WayForPay, etc.) — we do not see or store your card data • Accountants and tax authorities — within the limits of the law • No one else. We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or other purposes.
  6. How we protect your data • SSL certificate on the entire site (secure connection) • Only 3 employees with a signed non-disclosure agreement have access to the database • Backup copies are stored on encrypted servers in Ukraine and the EU

Your rights (according to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection") • Find out what data we store about you • Correct inaccuracies • Delete your data (except for accounting documents) • Opt out of mailings at any time • File a complaint with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights
